The place needs to be renivated for the comvenience of the guests.. Over all it was a great experience considering the staff are all pleasant and welcoming.. Hope to be back with a better amenities and facilities..

Facilities are kinda bit old and really needs a lot of renovation for a better experience..

The staff was really nice and helpful. Pool was big. Love the saltwater pool. Food was also really really good and cheap.

You have to pay for wifi in the rooms, the road going there was also CRAZY. Wouldnt recommend for older people at all. Rooms were old but everything worked so it’s fine. The tour they organized for us wasnt good too, our “snorkeling guide” disappeared as soon as we got there and we wasted 10 mins just looking for him. They also kept smoking and throwing the cigarette butts in the ocean then rushed us to finish early cause they had another tour scheduled for the afternoon. Also really overpriced. Not exactly the hotel’s fault though.

Not much to do as you can't really leave the site if you have no vehicle. Trips to Sepoc were cancelled due to weather for the 3 days there

Good for snorkeling.

We were only able to do snorkeling in the morning of our stay. There is no beach in front of the resort and the nearest beach can be accessed through a boat ride worth Php 3500 which is not available if there is an incoming typhoon. Food is expensive (expected). We were unlucky that there was a typhoon during our stay (snorkeling and other water activities were not allowed) and there is not much to do but use the pool and other indoor facilities.

The location was incredible and the staff very kind.

Some problems with the cleaning, insects on the room and old fashioned decoration and furniture.

the water in the pool is not clean in the afternoon. no coffee machine.. noisy airco.. a lot of ants in the restaurant.. also on the table. we have to pay for the wifi.. per day.

This hotel has wonderful staff. The buffet dinner and breakfast were very good, especially the grilled fish. The location is amazing, really quiet and serene, sweet among the trees and right on the oceanfront! The snorkeling in front of the hotel was some of the best I did all weekend! Such a lovely variety of fish. The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough. The menu food was basic, I recommend bringing snacks.

If you are expecting fancy, than perhaps you should consider another hotel. The rooms are a little outdated and need some attention but are clean and spacious.

The view from the hotel is spectacular.

The decor and furniture is so old, it would be wonderful if the hotel was renovated and modernised. There is no wifi or mobile data access in the rooms.

We were hoping for white sand instead of rocks. Faucet in the shower area is detached or defected. More good buffet breakfast combination. No "anytime" hot water available and accessible for the guests.

I like the breakfast buffet. The fish they served got just the right saltiness and flavour. Adobong pusit is great, too. The room was okay, bed was comfy and so was the air conditioning system. The resort staff were friendly, polite and accommodating.

Oh, I didn't like the one-kilometer drive from the main road to Eagle Point itself! The road was too narrow and it was good for ONE VEHICLE ONLY. My husband and I were so worried we'd bump into an outgoing vehicle as we entered. And on our way out, we had to get off that narrow strip for a few inches on the sidelines just so the incoming SUVs we met could drive through. I recommend that the resort staff place a guard at the entry point, who would radio the guard in the parking lot that a vehicle is coming, so those going out would have to wait until that vehicle has reached the parking lot. It's so risky a drive! Eagle Point has to seriously do something about it. Also, the entire place isn't senior citizen-friendly. There are a lot of rocky steps and stairs. I recommend they do more ramps or make the first floor rooms exclusive for those guests with senior citizens. Until then, if you have a senior citizen with you, consider another place for your getaway. The resort photos shown in Booking.com didn't quite meet our expectations. It says beach front but the shoreline was non-existent! Toothbrushes and toothpaste tubes didn't come with the guest package as well. It's quite absurd to pay P6,000 plus for a room that doesn't have a complete toilet kit.

Me and 17 of my family were there for three days. We definitely enjoyed the variety of breakfast choices that they offer. The staff are very friendly and always there to help. They provided all that we asked.

I read it somewhere that the Sepoc Beach does not have fine sand in the sea but a lot of stones. If this was mentioned on our trip I would have taken time to prepare my family to get the proper shoe wear for the beach.

The view.

First, the private road going to the resort. Booking.com or the resort website didn't mention that you have to drive a kilometer long of narrow and bumpy road. Second, the parking was situated far from the resort. You have to make sure you dont leave anything you need in the car because you simply cannot go back with out taking the resort shuttle. Third, the resort doesnt have a beach shore contrary to what is posted in their website. They offer a beach in sephoc island but you need to rent a boat foe P2.8k and travel for about 30mins one way. Fourth, the room was far from the lobby and restaurant. Then the ac of our room was not working well. The TV channels was absolutely not clear and very few choices. No free wifi, you have to pay to have a service. The landline phone was not working. FD agent gave us a mobile number to contact for any issues but signal was so poor. So i always have to walk back to the FD every time i need something. Like we didn't have a single bath towel in the room. And we had a brownout just after an hour we've checked in. It took them about 30mins before they get to have their genset working. Worse problem in the room, the shower water was damn droplets. We complained about it and room service only said it is because of other guest are probably taking a shower at the same time. And the food in their ala carte menu and breakfast was meh. Sad to say, we've never had a bad hotel or resort experience like this before and we are certainly not coming back.

The staff in the reception need to pay more attention to the client. I was standing for 5 minutes in front of 5 people there and they attended me after I start to complain. But in all other areas they attended us very well !!

I didnt like the place its just look nice on their website but when u get their hu! Its in a secluded area the road is kinda scary going to the resort.

The restaurant when you start eating the flies are starting to come hu! We cant enjoy our food, The place is boring! The rooms are old the towels! The Air-condition is not working good its start to leak after our 2 nights! We had to leaved and did the early check out!

I like the ambience of our room and the place itself. I like also their island, Sepoc. The staff there were so nice and approchable, I haven't been able to pay via credit card but still they reserved us a room. The food was good and worthy of the price.

I informed the front desk (around 6:30 AM) that we'll be reserving a boat off to Sepoc at 8 am. However, I don't know if they forgot to book or call the boatmen that we waited an hour and a half just to ride the boat. We somehow made it to Sepoc, by 10 AM however we just stayed there for an hour because our check out time was 12 pm. I hope they informed us ahead of time about the late arrival and the reason so we'll be guided. Overall, we still enjoyed the island itself.

I love nature and adventure so, the place is amazing for me. However, the facilities are bit old which, needs renovation. For the food, they should try to explore new menus and flavors.
